My Therapeutic Approach
-
EXPLORE
Clients are invited to share openly and without censoring thoughts, creating space to delve into emotions, experiences, and whatever comes to mind. Through this reflective process, patterns, core beliefs, and underlying influences emerge, illuminating how they shape self-perception, relationships, and worldview.
-
UNDERSTAND
As connections between life experiences, beliefs, and current decisions take shape, clients unlock profound insights. This newfound clarity, built through open dialogue, paves the way for personal growth and empowers choices that align more closely with authentic needs and values.
-
INTEGRATE
With compassionate guidance, clients weave these insights into daily life, whether through transformative change or deeper self-acceptance. This vital integration, nurtured over time like tending a seed, helps build resilience and purpose, fostering sustained well-being and a more intentional path forward.

About me
I am a board-licensed professional counselor and psychotherapist.
I work with individuals who grapple with universal human experiences such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, hopelessness, and grief that have become overwhelming and disruptive to daily life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychoanalytic principles; however, I draw on various therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, recognizing that no single approach fits all.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

A Good Match For:
Those open to questioning the narratives they’ve inherited about success, identity, and purpose. Individuals feeling disconnected in their work or daily roles who are looking to (re)discover a sense of belonging. Not A Good Match For:
Readers seeking empirical explanations may find the Socratic dialogue format frustrating. Those uncomfortable with provocative ideas may dislike the book’s invitation to confront assumptions about topics such as self-worth or trauma.“The fact that there are people who do not think well of you is proof that you are living in freedom.”
